SIE Governors’ Meeting has taken place in Sofia, Bulgaria, on 8-10 July 2016 where Déry Márta president represented our club and Hungary.
Christine Peer-Valenta, responsible for the Austrian Union’s Twinning Program, held a training for the representatives of all Hungarian clubs on 7-8th May, 2016.
Four members represented our club between 29th April and May 3rd in Bath, England, with the objective to revive and strengthen the friendship link between the two clubs.
We celebrated our 25th anniversary at our ceremonial club meeting held at the day of our chartering.
On the 25 November 2015 we gathered in Budapest to support the elimination of violence against women with a violet ribbon on our clothes. This photo was taken of our club members at the staue of Veres Pálné.
On the 13 November 2015 we were awarded a prize of local municipality for our social work to provide a place to live for families who are in crisis. Prize of 1.615 EUR. In the picture Lovas Beáta IPP.

We have spent 10 lovely days in May 2015 in marvelous Norway being the lucky winners of the scholarship advertised by the Soroptimist Union from Norway.
It is an essential aim of our Club to maintain and nurse our international relationships therefore our Club members visited the Prague club at the beginning of October 2015 surprising them with a nice present.
